The first thing you want to do if you are going “offshore” is to talk to both your Host Country Lawyer. The second thing you want to do is talk with your Offshore Company Lawyer. It both cases it is an expense that will pay off many times over.


The last thing you want to do is to conduct some business offshore that creates more problems for you back home (unless you don’t plan to come back home).
